Job Senior Lettings Manger

The Package

• Base Salary: Up to £32,000, plus additional guaranteed earnings for a limited period
• On-Target Earnings: £50,000-£60,000 (uncapped) with the choice of a £4,000 car allowance or company car
• Schedule: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Role As a Lettings Manager, you are the face of the customer experience, providing expert, professional advice to ensure the highest level of service.

• Business Ownership: Take charge of your own business unit, driving profitability and growth.
• Leadership: Motivate and manage your team, running morning meetings and regular coaching sessions.
• Client Services: Successfully list properties, helping landlords and tenants achieve optimal outcomes through exceptional service.
• Market Expertise: Stay updated on market trends and be recognized as the local expert.
• Collaboration: Work closely with your team to market properties effectively and find the right tenants.
